Our Story

Irish Duck Company was founded by Ronald Lim. It was previously known as Thankandbless Pte Ltd, and was established in Singapore on the 21th of may 2014. The establishment is the proud sole ASEAN distributor of the worldly acclaimed Silver Hill Farm Duck – the best duck farm in the world.

At Silver Hill Farm, the ducks are well taken care of, with stringent monitoring of their breeding, egg production, hatching and selection, to processing, cooking and packaging. Using state-of-the-art facilities for their task, with deep and profound research and experience, Silver Hill Farm has produced ducks that are unrivalled in taste and flavour. Ducks only found and breed in Silver Hill Farm.

With the duck’s smooth texture and succulent flesh leaving many critics craving for more, it has supplied many of the top Chinese and Asian restaurants in London for more than four decades. Its fame is well known to the country that a term was coined after it: ‘The Mother of all Ducks’.

Striving to maintain its status, Silver Hill Farm continuously strives to focus on quality over quantity. Naturally, their pride ducks could not be contained within the European borders as demand for the ducks overseas was unyielding. Therefore, these delicious ducks can finally find its home within the borders of Singaporean’s hearts.
